Hawaiʻi County’s $6.4 million Hale Hālāwai Force Main Replacement Project, which is expected to be complete in October 2026, involves the installation of a new 12-inch sewer force main, rehabilitation of manholes and vaults, installation of a new flow meter, pavement restoration and related improvements.
