Kahakai Boulevard shoulder improvements scheduled to begin later this month
The project in Hawaiian Beaches is slated to begin Sept. 14, with work hours of 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and expected to be completed in August 2027.
Speed limit along portion of Pūʻainakō Street Extension in Hilo reduced to 45 mph
