Temporary one-way traffic pattern in effect April 19 on Onomea Scenic Route

Hawai‘i Police Department notifies the public that a temporary one-way traffic pattern will be in effect on a portion of Onomea Scenic Route (Old Māmalahoa Highway) from 5:30 to 9 a.m. April 19 to safely accommodate participants of the La Honua Festival 5K Walk and Run.
The festival is being hosted at Pepe‘ekeō Park.
Traffic will be allowed to flow in the Hilo, or easterly, direction between Kulaimano Road and Old Onomea Road to access Highway 19.
