A private executive couple is seeking a polished and professional Full-Time Residential Housekeeper to maintain their luxury estate in beautiful Kailua-Kona. This is a long-term opportunity supporting one primary residence for a fast-moving, detail-oriented household that values discretion, excellence, and reliability.
This is a Monday–Friday, daytime position offering stability, competitive compensation, PTO, 401(k), annual bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.
You will be responsible for maintaining the estate to the highest standards, ensuring all finishes, furnishings, and living spaces are pristine and presentation-ready at all times. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, a strong ownership mentality, and a sense of pride in your work.
Primary responsibilities include:
Detailed cleaning and maintenance of high-end finishes and furnishings
Laundry management, including delicate fabrics and dry cleaning coordination
Closet and linen organization
Errands and household shopping
Supporting household projects as needed
2–5+ years of experience in private homes or luxury hospitality environments
Strong knowledge of caring for fine materials and finishes
Highly organized, discreet, and proactive
Comfortable communicating via email, text, and smartphone
Service-minded with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
