The Hawai’i Police Department is renewing its request for information regarding Railee Keoni Santos, a Mountain View man who reportedly escaped from the Hale Nani correctional facility in February.

Santos was last seen at the correctional facility on the evening of Feb. 16.

Police describe Santos as 5-foot-5 and 115 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. In addition, authorities say the 20-year-old has a tattoo of the word “Respect” on his left forearm and a tribal-type tattoo on his right forearm.

Anyone who has information regarding Santos’ whereabouts is asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
