The Hawai’i Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding a 57-year-old Hilo man who was last seen at his home Monday morning.

Sandy Phaylim was last seen at 6:15 a.m. HPD says that he has a condition that requires medication.

Phaylim is 5-foot-11 and 250 pounds with brown eyes and black-and-white hair. He has many tattoos on his body, including one depicting a leaf on his upper left arm, the words “PEACE” and “LOVE” on his lower arm, “JOB” on his right thigh, and “CORB” on his left thigh.

When he was last seen, he was wearing a fluorescent green dry-fit t-shirt and multi-color shorts. He did not have any shoes on and was walking with a slight limp.
