La`aloa Extension Work May Cause Traffic Delays

Motorists should be prepared for lane closures this week as the contractor for the Kona project prepares for more paving work.

La`aloa Project Work Hours Extended to 5:30 p.m.

The contractor will operate under the extended hours through the end of April; the project will also include one-lane closures on Ali`i Drive next week.

Kona Mauka-Makai Road Project Moves to Final Phase

When completed in July, the La`aloa Avenue extension will provide the only access to Kuakini Highway along a 3.5-mile stretch of Ali`i Drive.
