UPDATE: Missing 16-year-old Puna Girl Returns Home Safely

Police said a missing 16-year-old Kurtistown girl has been located.

Annie Chung-Pacheco returned home unharmed on Monday night, police said.

Posted 10:32 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18:

Police today asked for the public’s help locating a missing 16-year-old Puna girl.

Annie Chung-Pacheco of Kurtistown was last seen Saturday in Hawaiian Acres.

Chung-Pacheco is 5-foot-1 and 140 pounds, with brown eyes and long brown hair.

Police said she may be in the company of 24-year-old Keahi Sale of Hilo.

Anyone with information on Chung-Pacheco is asked to contact Det. Norbert Serrao at 961-2383 or nserrao@co.hawaii.hi.us, or the police department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.
