Zairon Leon Frazier is African-American, about 6-foot-6 and 350 pounds. He usually wears his hair in dreadlocks but may have cut them off.

Frazier was last seen in the area of Kalapana Seaview Estates.

Police said his family is concerned for his safety and well-being.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Det. Dean Uyetake at 961-2379 or duyetake@co.hawaii.hi.us, or at the police department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
