Police Release ‘Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted’ List

Big Island Police are asking for the public’s help in locating two men who will be the subject an upcoming episode of the Crime Stoppers television program ‘Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted.’

44 year-old Ted Barney John was previously wanted on multiple warrants for bail jumping, unauthorized motor vehicle entry, and third degree theft.

Police are also seeking John for questioning in a felony theft case. In September, an 87 year-old Kailua-Kona man paid the suspect for materials that were intended to be used in a job the victim had hired the suspect to perform. The suspect cashed the check and never completed the work.

John is described as 5-foot-7, 145 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.

of court. Carrion often frequents the Big Island, and may be in the Waikoloa area. He is described as 5-foot-5, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

In Friday’s edition of ‘Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted,’ police also ask for help finding 43 year-old Michael Torres. Police have indicated that Torres, who was wanted in connection with drug and auto-theft cases, has already been located and arrested.
