A missing Ocean View Man was found Monday afternoon, but police are still asking for the public’s helping finding two other people missing in unrelated cases.

Police said 41-year-old Sumer Keoni McDowell was located in Kailua-Kona, an area he was known to frequent. Police said earlier Monday that McDowell has a medical condition that requires medication.

Police are still looking for Noah Lautalo, a 14-year-old boy missing from his Papaikou home since Aug. 24.

Lautalo is 5-foot-9 and 165 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
