Police Seeking Missing Mountain View Woman

Police are asking for the public’s help finding a 23-year-old Mountain View woman who has been reported missing.

Rachel C.P. McGowan is 5-foot-5 and 195 pounds. She has  ehu-colored straight hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing hospital-style scrubs and may be driving or a passenger in a white-and-gold 1995 Mitsubishi Montero SUV with a HMY-694 license plate.

Police said McGowan may be in the Kona district and may be accompanied by 27-year-old Albert Manners of Hilo.

Manners is of Hawaiian descent, 5-foot-8 and 155 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
