Police are searching for Gianna Oliveira, 16, who was reported as a runaway and was last seen on the 800 block of Kanoelehua Avenue in Hilo on Wednesday evening.

Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Gianna Oliveira of Hilo, who was reported as a runaway.

Oliveira was last seen wearing a black shirt and black shorts on the 800 block of Kanoelehua Avenue, which is near the intersection of E. Lanikaula Street, in Hilo on the evening of Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2024.

She is described as a local female, 5-feet 2-inches tall, 115 pounds with long, blonde hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
