Man Sought for Sexual Assault, Abuse, and Assault

Forty-seven-year-old Ken Starr is being sought by authorities for sexual assault, abuse, and assault.
The Kona man is reportedly 6-foot-2 and 240 pounds. Hawai’i Police Department officials say he has brown eyes and brown hair.
Starr has no permanent address, but is known to frequent the Kailua-Kona area.

Anyone with information regarding Starr’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
Individuals with information who would rather remain anonymous should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
