Over the past 20 years, Lee Loy has focused on land use planning, strategic development, and legal support and research. In the most recent years, she has taken her experiences and begun her own business within that realm.

“Planning for the future helps us address challenging issues of our aging infrastructure,” Lee Loy said. “It’s going to take someone with the know-how to make the right decisions for the entire County and the residents in Council District 3.”

Lee Loy is the daughter of the late David Keohokapu, a stevedore, and Patricia Keohokapu, now a retired Hilo Hospital nurse.

“I’m ready to help the residents of Waiākea Uka, Waiākea Houselots, Keaukaha, Pana‘ewa, and Kea‘au and work for them toward a brighter future,” Lee Loy said.
