Hamakua Teen Still Missing

Missing 16-year-old Hamakua girl Shalee Minamishin was last seen on July 31. Now, the Hawai’i Police Department is renewing a request for information on her whereabouts.

Police sent an initial notice on Aug. 31 and renewed its request for information on the girl again in mid-September.

Minamishin was last seen in the Hamakua district. She is described as 5-foot-3 and 100 pounds with brown eyes and long brown hair.

Anyone with information on Minamishin’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
