New Episode of ‘Hawai’i Island’s Most Wanted’ Airs Friday

Two men will be featured on the most recent editions of the Crime Stoppers television program “Hawai’i Island’s Most Wanted” that begins airing Friday night.

One of the two men is a 28-year-old Puna man wanted on a no-bail warrant. The other is a 42-year-old Kona man wanted for questioning in an abuse case.

According to the Hawai’i Police Department, Isaac Kamalii, 28, of Kurtistown is wanted for violating terms of release on bail in a terroristic threatening case. Police are also seeking the Puna man for reckless endangering, as well as for questioning in connection with vehicle break-ins and thefts of vehicles.

Kamalii has been described by police as being 5-fot-11 and 185 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He also has numerous tattoos, including flames on his left arm, the word “Messiah” oh his right arm, and a cross on his back.

Police warn the public against approaching Kamalii, as he is considered armed and dangerous.

Robert DeLeon, 42, of Kailua-Kona is also featured on the show. Police are searching for the Kona man, who is wanted on four counts of violating a court order, two counts of abuse of a family/household member, and one count each of phone ripping and harassment.

DeLeon has been described by police as being 6-foot-1 and 220 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He also has tattoos on his left arm, ankle, and back.

In the latest edition of “Hawai’i Island’s Most Wanted,” which was prerecorded, Officer Bryan Tina asks for help locating Douglas Daniel Kaimiola, 30, of Ocean View. Kaimiola was located on Jan. 11 and charged with 21 offenses.

“Hawai’i Island’s Most Wanted” is a project of Crime Stoppers, which is a partnership of the business community, media, and police. Inspired by the national television show “America’s Most Wanted,” it runs on Na Leo Hawai’i Community Television Channel 54 on Sundays at 5 p.m. and Fridays at 5:30 p.m. It also airs intermittently on Channel 53.
