Hilo Man Wanted for Parole Violation

A 42-year-old Hilo man is being sought by police for a parole violation.
Dale Daniel Arruda is part-Hawaiian, 5-foot-7 and 170 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He may have a goatee.
Arruda is known to frequent the Puna district.
Police advise the public not to approach the fugitive and to immediately call the department at 935-3311 to report any sightings.
Tipsters who want to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
