UPDATE: Big Island police renew request for help with finding 16-year-old reported as runaway 8 months ago
Keliʻi Nobriga was last seen Dec. 21, 2025, in the 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo, wearing black and tan clothing; he is 5-foot-7, 120 lbs., Hawaiian/Filipino, with a light complexion, short black hair and brown eyes.
Update at 5:49 p.m. Aug. 26, 2026: Hawai‘i Island police renew their request for the public’s help with finding 16-year-old Keliʻi Nobriga, who was reported as a runaway 8 months ago.
The last time anyone saw Keliʻi was Dec. 21, 2025, in the 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo. He was wearing black and tan clothing.
Keliʻi is 5-foot-7, 120 lbs., Hawaiian/Filipino, with a light complexion, short black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who might have any information about where the teen can be found is urged to call the Hawai‘i Police Department non-emergency line at 808-935-3311 or contact Officer Corey Kaneko at 808-961-8843 or via email at corey.kaneko@hawaiipolice.gov.

Story originally posted at 7:29 p.m. June 1, 2026: Hawai‘i Island police are seeking 16-year-old Kelii Nobriga, who was reported as a runaway.
Nobriga was last seen on the 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo. He was wearing black and tan colored clothing.
He is Hawaiian / Filipino with a light complexion and thin build, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 120 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
