Weather forecasts indicate the incoming tropical storm may impact operations for Young Brothers.

Young Brothers is working closely with the U.S. Coast Guard and state departments to monitor the storm and anticipate changes to the sailing schedule, cargo acceptance, and availability as the storm develops.

As of Wednesday, the port of Honolulu will not accept refrigerated cargo, hazardous material, or livestock for all sailings departing to Nāwiliwili, Kahului, and Kawaihae on Thursday, Aug. 13.

Young Brothers will continue providing information as the weather progresses via email, on its website, and through Instagram and Facebook. Those interested can sign up for email notifications on the Young Brothers website.
