Big Island police are asking the public if anyone knows where two Ocean View people could be staying so they can give them some simple Big Island Drug Court-ordered paperwork: outstanding bench warrants issued in September.

Robert Teinauri-Carman and Kira Lazar

Robert Teinauri-Carman and Kira Lazar are thought to be staying together somewhere in the Ocean View area.

The 41-year old Teinauri-Carman, who also goes by “Tamatoa”, is 5-foot-7, 175 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and extensive tattoos on his chest, arms and back.

The 34-year old Lazar is 5-foot-9, 130 pounds, with brown hair and eyes and tattoos on both arms.
