Police in search of runaway last seen in Hilo Thursday night

Hawaiʻi Island police are seeking help in locating endangered runaway, 16-year-old Davan Ahnee-Makekau.

Ahnee-Makekau is described as Hawaiian, weighing 125 pounds, and standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall. He was last seen at 8 p.m. last night at the 1700 block of Kinoʻole Street in Hilo, wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black shoes.

Ahnee-Makekau is considered endangered due to his age.

Call police at 911, or the nonemergency line at 808-935-3311 with any information that would assist in locating Davan Ahnee-Makekau.
