Hilo, Kona residents could experience temporary outage of Spectrum Voice 911 service Thursday

Hilo and Kona residents could experience a temporary outage of Spectrum Voice 911 service due to scheduled maintenance beginning at 12 a.m. tonight until 12 p.m. on Thursday.

During this time, follow these important steps in case of an emergency:

  • Call 911 first using Spectrum Voice 911
  • Call 911 using an alternate landline or cellphone

If you are still unable to get through, please proceed or call the nearest police station or fire station for assistance:
