Ilagan continues ’12 Days of Puna Town Halls’

Big Island state Rep. Greggor Ilagan continues to host his “12 Days of Puna Town Halls.”

The holiday season meetings are an effort to reach out to and engage with the residents of the lawmaker’s district.

Ilagan represents District 4 of the Hawai’i House of Representatives, which includes Black Sands Beach Subdivision, Hawaiian Paradise Park, Hawaiian Beaches, Kalapana, Koa‘e, Leilani Estates, Nānāwale Estates, Pāhoa, Pohoiki and Seaview Estates in Puna.

“My office and I will be engaging with constituents, reviewing projects and discussing priorities for the 2025 legislative session,” he said. “It’s a perfect opportunity for residents to share topics important to their community.”

Ilagan hosted three meetings so far the first week of December, one each in Hawaiian Paradise Park, Nānāwale and Hawaiian Shores.

Here is the schedule for the rest of the “12 Days of Puna Town Halls”:

  • 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today: Leilani Estates Community Center, 13-3441 Moku St., Leilani Estates.
  • 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday: Uncle Robert’s Awa Bar and Farmers Market, 12-5038 Kalapana-Kapoho Beach Road, Kalapana.
  • 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday: SPACE, 12-253 W. Pohakupele Loop, Seaview Estates.
  • 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday: Pāhoa Community Center, 15-3022 Kauhale St., Pāhoa.
  • 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday: Hawaiian Beaches Park, 15-2727 Manini St, Hawaiian Beaches.
  • 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday: ʻIolani Street Park, Black Sands Beach Subdivision.
  • 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 15: Virtual Town Hall.
  • 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 17: Hawaiian Sanctuary Retreat Center, 13-3194 Pāhoa-Kalapana Road, Pāhoa.
  • 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 18: Virtual Town Hall.
