Nevada’s success was aided by its Hawaiʻi ʻohana, which lent support in the form of votes. The win also reflects the strength and determination of the entire “9th Island.”

It’s an image that “perfectly encapsulates the journey and commitment to excellence in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Nevada Highway Patrol,” said the Nevada State Police when announcing the contest win.

None of it could have been possible without the tireless efforts of state police and highway patrol division team members in all regions and unwavering support from the community.

The law enforcement agency sends a heartfelt mahalo to everyone who participated in the photo shoot, helped organize the campaign, voted and rallied voters to support Nevada.

“Together, we’ve demonstrated the powerful impact of unity and pride in our state,” the state police said.

The Nevada State Police Highway Patrol celebrates this achievement with the state and remains committed to service and excellence.
