Police seek runaway teenager last seen near Banyan Drive in Hilo on Big Island

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Kaeo’okalani Jones Jr., who was reported as a runaway.

Jones Jr. was last seen in the area of Banyan Drive in Hilo on June 21 at approximately 7:30 p.m. He was wearing a light-colored shirt, shorts and slippers.

He is described as having a fair complexion and a thin build. He is about 5 feet 4 inches tall and 120 pounds with long black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of Jones Jr. to contact the police department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
