Hawai‘i Island police seek the public’s help locating 12-year-old Herman Kirklin.

12-year-old Herman Kirklin has been reported missing by police. (Courtesy of the Hawaiʻi Island Police Department).

The police report the child was last seen on Lehua Street in Mountain View, the morning of May 14, 2024. However, he was not reported as a runaway until recently.

Kirklin is 6 feet tall, approximately 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Due to his age, he is considered endangered.
