— MĀMALAHOA HIGHWAY/HAWAI‘I BELT ROAD —

1) MOUNTAIN VIEW

Single lane closure on Volcano Highway possible in either direction between mile post 13.6 to 14.4, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for application of new striping on the speed humps at Mountain View Elementary, Gas Station and Post Office.

2) PĀHALA

Single lane closure on Māmalahoa Highway possible in either direction, between mile post 42 to 44, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

Single lane closure on Māmalahoa Highway possible in either direction, between mile post 44 to 46, on April 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

Single lane closure on Māmalahoa Highway possible in either direction between mile post 90 to 91, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

Single lane closure on Māmalahoa Highway possible in either direction between mile post 90 to 91, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting and shoulder restoration.

Single lane closure on Māmalahoa Highway possible in either direction between mile post 97.2 to 104.7, in the vicinity of Haleili Street and Filipino Clubhouse Road, beginning April 24 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for crews to work on safety improvements of the roadway.

7) KAILUA KONA

Single lane closure on Māmalahoa Highway possible in either direction between mile post 114 to 115, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

1) PAPA‘IKOU

Single lane closure on Hawai‘i Belt Road possible in either direction, between mile post 7.08 to 7.12, in the vicinity of Old Māmalahoa Highway, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for the installation of roadway striping on the speed hump at Ha‘aheo Elementary School.

2) PAPA‘IKOU TO PEPE‘EKEO

Single lane closure on Hawai‘i Belt Road possible in either direction, between mile post 7 to 10, in the vicinity of Kulaimano Road, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

3) PAPA‘IKOU TO PEPE‘EKEO (WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Hawai‘i Belt Road possible in either direction, between mile post 8 to 10, in the vicinity of Hanawi Street and Kulaimano Road, on April 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

4) HAKALAU (WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Hawai‘i Belt Road possible in either direction, between mile post 15 to 18, in the vicinity of Chin Chuck Road and Old Māmalahoa Highway, on April 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting and shoulder work.

5) PAPA‘ALOA TO O‘OKALA

Single lane closure on Hawai‘i Belt Road possible in either direction, between mile post 23 to 27.6, in the vicinity of Stevens Road, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for applying new roadway striping and reflective markers.

6) KAMUELA

Single lane closure on Hawai‘i Belt Road possible in either direction, between mile post 51 to 54, in the vicinity of Iokua Place, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for application of new roadway striping and reflective markers.

— STAINBACK HIGHWAY —

1) HILO TO MOUNTAIN VIEW

Full closure on Stainback Highway in both directions, in the vicinity of Panaewa Rainforest Zoo and North Kulani Road, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for resurfacing of the roadway.

— KEA‘AU-PĀHOA ROAD / PAHOA-BYPASS ROAD (ROUTE 130) —

1) KEA‘AU

Single lane closure on Kea‘au-Pāhoa Road possible in either direction, between mile post 2 to 4, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

2) PĀHOA (WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Kea‘au-Pāhoa Road/Pāhoa-Bypass Road possible in either direction between mile post 9 to 11, on April 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

3) PĀHOA

Single lane closure on Pāhoa-Bypass Road possible in either direction, between mile post 11.3 to 11.5, beginning April 22 through April 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for application of new striping on the speed hump at the intersection of Kea‘au-Pāhoa Road and Post Office Road.

— MĀMALAHOA HIGHWAY —

1) WAIMEA

Single lane closure on Māmalahoa Highway possible in either direction, between mile post 0.18 to 0.23, beginning April 22 through April 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for crews to install new roadway striping on the speed hump at Ulu La‘au Lane.

2) WAIKOLOA

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) possible in either direction, between mile post 9.88 to 9.89, in the vicinity of Auwaiakeakua Bridge, on Thursday, April 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for routine bridge inspections at Auwaiakeakua Bridge.

3) KAILUA KONA

Single lane closure on Māmalahoa Highway possible in either direction, between mile post 32 to 33, in the vicinity of Makalei Drive and Kalaoa Street, beginning April 22 through April 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

— KOHALA MOUNTAIN ROAD —

1) KAMUELA

Single lane closure on Kohala Mountain Road possible in either direction between mile post 6.17 to 10.6, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for crews to clean and dress the roadway shoulders and removal of Best Management Practices.

2) KAMUELA

Single lane closure on Kohala Mountain Road possible in either direction, between mile post 9 to 11, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

3) KAMUELA (WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Kohala Mountain Road possible in either direction, between mile post 9 to 13, on April 20, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for shoulder work and tree trimming.

— AKONI PULE HIGHWAY —

1) KAWAIHAE

Single lane closure on Akoni Pule Highway possible in either direction between mile post 1.74 to 1.75, in the vicinity of Honokoa Bridge, on April 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for routine bridge inspections at Honokoa Bridge.

— PUAINAKO STREET —

1) HILO

Single lane closure on Puainako Street possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Kanoelehua Ave and Komohana Street, beginning April 22 through April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for preparation work as part of the Puainako Street Widening Project.
