Get ‘Coffee with a Cop’ in Waimea this Friday

The Hawaiʻi Police Department’s South Kohala Community Policing Section is inviting the Big island community to join them for Coffee with a Cop on March 15 from 7 to 10 a.m.

The event will be held at the McDonald’s fast food restaurant at Waimea Center located off Māmalahoa Highway in Waimea.

“Come share your thoughts, ideas and concerns, while also getting to know the dedicated men and women who work tirelessly to keep our community safe,” the Hawai‘i Police Department said in a recent press release.

“By fostering dialogue and building connections, together we can strengthen the bond between the public and the police, positively contributing to the well-being of our neighborhood,” the police department continued.
