Hawai‘i Island police seeking runaway Ella Ishoda

Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Ella Ishoda, who is reported as a runaway.

Ishoda was last seen on Oct. 24 at 6 a.m. in Kailua-Kona wearing a white t-shirt and black pants.

She is described as Marshallese with a tan complexion, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 216 pounds, with long straight black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information about Ishoda’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency number 808-935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island-wide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000. Crime Stoppers is a volunteer program run by ordinary citizens who want to keep their community safe. Crime Stoppers does not record calls or subscribe to any Caller ID service. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
