The Hawai‘i Police Department advises motorists to anticipate delays in the area of Kawaihae Harbor during the afternoon of Dec. 5 from approximately 1 to 4 p.m.
There is a construction project within the harbor itself which is expected to result in delays for traffic on Kawaihae Road in the immediate area.
