The Kona Coffee Cultural Festival’s upcoming Lantern Parade is a vibrant celebration of light, art and togetherness.

Every November, the 10-day Kona Coffee Cultural Festival honors Kona’s cultural heritage and recognizes the accomplishments of Kona coffee pioneers, farmers and artisans.

The Lantern Parade goes from Kailua Pier to Hale Halawai and features colorful lanterns and authentic cultural costumes honoring Hawai’i’s rich history and multicultural diversity.

On Nov. 3 starting at 6 p.m., the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival Lantern Parade will light up the streets. To facilitate the event, the following roads will be temporarily closed:

  • Nov. 3
  • Ali‘i Drive from Palani Road to Hualalai Road
  • 5:30 to 7 p.m.
  • No parking 5 to 7 p.m.
