A 36-year-old Hilo man, Aysa Kalei Delos, has been arrested and charged with offenses related to the attempted distribution of methamphetamine, driving under the influence and possession of prohibited anabolic steroids.
Delos Santos’ arrest stemmed from a routine traffic stop on Kamehameha Avenue in Hilo on Sept. 17.

Delos Santos is scheduled to make his initial appearance in Hilo District Court on Tuesday
afternoon. He remains in custody in lieu of $113,000 bail.
