Police Seek Missing Kurtistown Man

Big Island police are asking for help from the public in the search for a missing man.
A media release from the Hawai‘i Police Department says authorities are looking for 56-year-old Ricky Rios of Kurtistown, who was reported missing. He was last seen about 5 p.m. Monday, April 18, in the area of Hawaiian Acres.
Rios is described as 6 feet tall, 190 pounds, with a dark complexion, short black hair and a medium-sized tattoo of a cross on his left cheek. He was last seen wearing a pink colored t-shirt and camoflauge cargo pants.
Anyone with information about Rios’ whereabouts is asked to call the police department’s nonemergency line at 808-935-3311.
