A suspect wanted on an assault warrant of $19,000 is believed to be in Madison, North Carolina, according to a tip to authorities.
Esteban Dehoyos is wanted for second-degree assault. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 170 pounds, with long curly brown hair and brown eyes.
