Public Help Sought in Locating Wanted Man

Authorities are seeking the public’s help locating a man wanted on an outstanding warrant totaling $19,000 for second-degree assault.
Esteban Dehoyos is known to frequent the Hilo and Puna districts. He is is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 170 pounds, with long curly brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on Dehoyos whereabouts is asked to call the Hawai‘i Police Department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311 or Lt. Robert P. Pauole at 808-961-2254 or via email at [email protected].
Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 808-961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
