Police Seek Teen Girl Reported as Runaway

Zoeylynn Puaoi-Pinheiro

Big Island police are asking for the public’s help with locating a teen who is missing.

According to a community message from the Hawai‘i Police Department, 15-year-old Zoeylynn Puaoi-Pinheiro was reported as a runaway. She was last seen at 7:30 a.m. Monday, March 7, in the Keaʻau area, wearing a white shirt, green camouflaged hooded jacket, blue jeans and slippers.

Puaoi-Pinheiro is described as local with a tan complexion; 5 feet, 4 inches tall; 150 pounds; with black hair and brown eyes. She has nose and ear piercings.

Police ask anyone who might have information about Puaoi-Pinheiro’s whereabouts to contact the department’s nonemergency line at 808-935-3311.
