Police Seek Public’s Help With Locating Pāhoa Runaway

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance with finding a missing Puna teen.
Police said in a press release Monday afternoon, Feb. 14, that 14-year-old Tyra Dalija-Airinios of Pāhoa was reported as a runaway. She was last seen the morning of Friday, Feb. 11, in the Hawaiian Beaches area, wearing black pants, a long-sleeved shirt and black shoes.
Dalija-Airinios is described as having a thin build, being 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with long, straight black hair and brown eyes.
Police ask anyone with information about Dalija-Airinios’ whereabouts to call the department’s nonemergency line at 808-935-3311.
