In observance of the upcoming holidays, all of the state’s public libraries and support offices will be closed on Saturday, Christmas Day, Dec. 25, and New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, 2022. While most libraries and support offices will be closed Dec. 24 and 31, some will be open.

Although libraries are closed temporarily for the holidays, the public library system’s digital doors are always open. (librarieshawaii.org) With just a library card, you can download ebooks, stream movies, learn a language, read The New York Times and more.
