Fraught, disturbing and beautiful, The Vegetarian is a novel about modern day South Korea, but also a story about shame, desire and our faltering attempts to understand others, from one imprisoned body to another.

Light refreshments will be served and participants are invited to bring a snack to share.

Community Book Club meetings are free and open to the public.
