Edward Louis Abreu Jr.

Edward Louis Abreu, Jr., 63, of Kīhei, Maui, passed away on September 3, 2016, at Hale Makua Kahului. He was born on February 1, 1953, in Kula, Maui.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at Norman’s Mortuary; eulogy will begin at 10:45 a.m.; prayer service will starts at 11 a.m.; cremation will follow.
Edward was a retired Lead Ramp Agent with Aloha Airlines. He was predeceased by his sons, Joseph Abreu, Hoku Abreu; and sister, Karleen Abreu. He is survived by his wife, Lydia Abreu; son, Tavina (Bobby Jo) Sulusi; daughters, Jessica (Joseph Kuloloia, Jr.) Abreu, Shirley Sappa; brother, Albert Abreu; 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; former daughter in law, Dawn Ka’alakea; and numerous hanai children.
Clarence K. Castillo
January 5, 1944 – September 3, 2016
Clarence Kolomona Castillo was born on January 6, 1944 in Hāna, Maui.
He retired from Maui Memorial Hospital and was the owner of Kahului Janitorial Services. He was also the founder and President of the Kuhao Hammers Horseshoe Club. He also served in the United States Army.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Ballard Family Mortuary; with service to begin at 11 a.m.; cremation to follow.
Clarence is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Leona “Vicky” Castillo (Mina); son, Curtis (Nisha Santana) Castillo; daughters, Michele (Jon) Pagaduan and Kristy (Nolan) Au; grandchildren, Sheylynn, Shyanne, Shalea and Tytan Castillo, Jonah, Micah and Nainoa Pagaduan, Ha’aheo, Kamaha’o, Natasha-Rae and Kili’ohu Au; hanai grandchildren, Lory-Ann Pacil and Lilinoe Andrade-Santana; Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; predeceased by his parents, Cirilo and Katherine (Kawawa) Castillo; brother, Alfred Castro Sr., and grandson, Noah Au.
Family request Casual attire or Favorite Team Jersey. They would like to extend a big Mahalo to the staff from Islands Hospice, Kaiser Home Health Service and Bayada Home Health Care.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Waihe’e on Friday, Sept. 16, 2016 at 9 a.m. with Mass at 10 a.m. and in-nichment at Maui Veteran’s Cemetery at 1 p.m. Irene is survived by her daughters, Kathleen (Virgil, deceased) Ordonez, Geraldine (Wayne) Royce; son, Glenn Reys; brothers, Severino Presbitero, Pedro Presbitero; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Irene is predeceased by her husband, Lucas; daughter, Cynthia Sanderson-Shimko; brothers, Angelino Presbitero, Jose Presbitero; sisters, Bernarda Irlandez, Consolation Morillo and Rebecca Ventic. The family would like to give a special Thank You to the staff and doctors at Hale Makua, Hospice Maui and Maui Memorial Medical Center.
Mickie Sheets
August 15, 1943 – August 31, 2016
Mickie Warren Sheets, 73, of Makawao, Maui passed away on Aug. 31, 2016, at his home, under the care of Islands Hospice. He was born on Aug. 16, 1943. in St. Helen, Oregon. Mickie was a retired Operations Manager for Time Warner. He was predeceased by his brother, Richard Sheets. He is survived by his wife, Lydia Sheets; Daughter , Carrol Meredith; step-daughter, Gina (Hardeep) Reddick; siblings, Les (Sandy) Sheets, Wanda (Buck) Martin; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Private family service were held.
The family would kike to express gratitude for the support and care received from Islands Hospice.

Neil Edmond Clevenger
April 24, 1978 – August 29, 2016
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Maui Masonic Lodge, 190 W. Kamehameha Ave., Kahului on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016 at 2 p.m.
Neil was a paramedic at Hawaii Life Flight and previously worked for AMR Maui County, Bayada Home Health and AMR Portland, Oregon. He was also a First Aid and CPR Instructor as well as a Singer who performed in productions with MauiOnstage and MAPA. Neil was a 32nd Degree Mason. Neil is survived by his wife, Aislinn Clevenger; sons, Riley Clevenger and Kyler Clevenger; daughter, Jordan Nicole; brothers, Sean Clevenger, Nick Clevenger (his twin), Todd Clevenger and Ryan Clevenger. He is predeceased by his parents, Roberta Clevenger and Guy Clevenger.
Antigono Bugtong
February 28, 1926 – August 27, 2016
Antigono C. Bugtong, 90, of Wailuku, Maui passed away on August 27, 2016 at Maui Memorial Medical Center in Wailuku. He was born on February 28, 1926 in the Philippines.
He retired from Maui Land and Pineapple Company as a Field Worker.
Visitations will be held on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Ballard Family Mortuary Kahului; with service to begin at 7:00 p.m. Second day service will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church in Waihee from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; mass to begin at 10:00 a.m.; burial to follow at Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku at 1:00 p.m.
Antigono is survived by his wife, Consolacion Bugtong; sons, Carlito (Julita) Bugtong, Rodrigo (Flora) Bugtong; daughters, Lorena (Dionicio) Baruela, Fely (Alberto) Haban; brother, Gaudencio (Francisca) Bugtong; sister, Josefa Bugtong Cayan; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
