Wanted Kapa’au Man Arrested, Charged

Owen K. Ching of Kapa’au, wanted for assault and violating probation, has been located by the Hawai’i Police Department.

HPD located the 34-year-old man on Wednesday. He was arrested and charged with first-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree assault, and probation violation.

Ching’s bail was set at $50,000.
