Hawai’i Electric Light’s major overhead transmission lines will undergo aerial inspections next week.

The utility company says the inspection work will begin on Tuesday, April 26 and run through Friday, April 29 between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.

Inspections will be conducted in a Manuiwa Airways helicopter and will be low flying and moving slow along the route.

Weather conditions will impact the exact timing of the flights and routes.
