Wanted Man Nabbed by Police and Charged

A 47-year-old man sought by police has been located.
The Hawai’i Police Department reports that Ken Starr of Kona was located and arrested in Hilo on March 5.
Starr, who is also known as Stephen Reiling, was wanted for sexual assault and other offenses.
Authorities say Starr was charged with abuse of a family/household member and fourth-degree sexual assault. His bail was set at $1,500.
Media reports say Starr was also wanted for nearly five years by authorities in Idaho for alleged sexual assault of a minor.
