Man Sought for Assault, Probation Violation

Owen K. Ching, 34, is being sought by the Hawai’i Police Department.

Ching, who is from Kapa’au, is reportedly wanted for assault and violating probation.

Authorities describe Ching as 5-foot-6 and 190 pounds. He has brown eyes and a shaved head.

Anyone with information regarding Ching’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
