Police Seek Woman Wanted for Abuse

An 18-year-old woman last known to live Kailua-Kona is being sought by the Hawai’i Police Department for abuse.

Authorities say Sydney Kirkhill is described as 5-foot-5 and 120 pounds. She has blond hair and brown eyes.
