Woman Wanted for Questioning in Abuse Case

Thirty-five-year-old Leah Sussanna Burns is being sought by the Hawai’i Police Department for questioning.

The Hawai’i Police Department says the questioning is in connection with an abuse investigation.

Burns is described as 5-foot-9 and 220 pounds. She reportedly has brown eyes and brown or blond hair. Burns was last known to live in the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates subdivision.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Those who prefer to remain anonymous should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
