Police Search for Missing Teen Noelani Coughlin

A 17-year-old Kailua-Kona girl has been reported missing.

The Hawai’i Police Department is searching for the teen, identified as Noelani Coughlin.

Coughlin was reportedly spotted in the Puna area and was last seen in Kailua-Kona on Sept. 13. She may be with a 21-year-old man named Austin Deuel.

Police describe Coughlin as a “local Caucasian mix,” 5-foot-6, and 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and long brown hair with blonde and green highlights. Coughlin also reportedly has tattoos of vines and dead flowers on one of her thighs.

Anyone with information regarding Coughlin’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Those who prefer to maintain anonymity should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
