Police Seek Honoka’a Man in Potential Abuse Case

The Hawai’i Police Department is on the search for a wanted Honoka’a man.

Twenty-seven-year-old Michael Varize is wanted by police for questioning in connection with two incidents of domestic abuse.

Police describe Varize as 5-foot-11 and 150 pounds. He has dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding Varize’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Those whose preference is to remain anonymous may call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
