Search for Wanted Kamuela Man Continues

Twenty-six-year-old Brandon Paulino-Pawai of Kamuela continues to be sought by the Hawai’i Police Department.

On Friday, HPD renewed its request for public information regarding Paulino-Pawai, who is wanted on warrants for contempt of court and violating terms of a deferred plea.

Paulino-Pawai has been described by police as 5-foot-10 and 190 pounds. He has brown eyes and short brown hair.

HPD previously renewed for information on Paulino-Pawai on Oct. 2. The initial bulletin went out on Aug. 11.

In January 2014, Paulino-Pawai was arrested and charged with contempt of court, theft, and attempted theft. He had been wanted since the prior November.

Anyone with information about the case should call Officer Paul Mangus at 961-2213 or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Those who prefer to remain anonymous should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
